Description

The Cyber Classroom is a VR laboratory in which students can explore geometric shapes. Mathematical facts from geometry are visualized three-dimensionally in order to sustainably promote the 3D imagination of the students. Students can also program their own modules and present them. For this, 6 virtual working stations are available as well as a presentation system.

Ideas and other use cases

Developing an application for comparing geometric shapes and concepts is possible in Guides (easier) and engines like Unity (more complex, but independent).

A cooperation with the Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart could be beneficial for a similar project.

Technology

VR

Hardware: Any VR goggles

Software: no details, but a similar (simpler) project could be developed in Guides (easier), Unreal, Unity, Verge3D and other (game) engines.
